Notice is hereby given by the Montclair Public Library that a Competitive Contract request in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. will be received by the Township on October 14, 2026 at 10:30 AM prevailing time publicly on Zoom and conducted on an electronic platform, in accordance with N.J.A.C. 5:34-1 et seq., on BidNet at www.bidnetdirect.com/montclairpubliclibrary

Competitive Contract # 26-02 Human Resources Consultant

NOTE: It is the Competitive Contractor’s responsibility to ensure that the Competitive Contract package is uploaded to the e-procurement site by the Competitive Contract opening date and time. Any Competitive Contract document received after the deadline established by the Department of Purchasing will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery.
