Site tour and presentation of the RFP is on July 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Main Library, 50 South Fullerton Avenue, Montclair, NJ 07042, in the auditorium.
Questions and answers can be submitted ONLY via the BidNet Direct portal, no later than August 7, 2026, at Noon.
All proposers must be fully licensed to carry out the duties of their respective professions as required by State law.
