Montclair Public Library has rejoined ReBL (Reciprocal Borrowing & Lending)! With a current-year sticker on your library card, you may check materials out at most Essex County libraries based on each library’s lending policy. ReBL stickers are free of charge, can be acquired from your home library, and must be renewed annually. Lost or damaged materials must be reconciled with the lending libraries based on their policies.
